I have already downloaded the zoom installer apps and tried to install it in Win 10 S mode but to no avail. I am using the latest Edge and have also downloaded the Apps Switcher. Sorry I just read that over I meant if you have switched would you give an update as to if the Zoom is working better? No audio, my daughter thinks my brand new computer and Verizon WiFi hotspot are a joke. Please can you help me out. You cannot run the audio test options in 10s either! This is the message that I received. Please try to launch meeting if you have Zoom client installed. Otherwise, download Zoom. Zoom is not currently included in the Windows Store, so if you have this setting turned on, you will need to allow Zoom to install.
This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting. All you need is a web browser. When you get the invitation to join a Zoom meeting, click on the meeting URL. I made this change and it has not slowed down the system at all. S Mode is a more locked down mode for Windows.
However, for people who can get by with just applications from the Store, S Mode may be helpful.
